How To Setup a Network Printer

Click the Start button
Click Settings
Click Printers

Double click Add Printer when the printer window appears.

Choose Network printer.

Then click Next.

You must go to your printer and see what it is named. For example WCP2015175 or it will have an IP address 138.27.195.175 if you noticed that the last group of numbers on the IP address match the last three numbers on the printer name. Scroll through the list as seen below and look for your printer.

Select ok.

Select Finish

Now you need to test the printer setup.

Select the Start button then settings then printers

Right click the printer you just setup and choose Properties from the drop down.

Choose the Print Test Page button.

When the page is printed select the Yes button. If you receive an error, contact us for help via email.
